Bed & Breakfast is £80 per night,£65 single occupancy. A single night at a weekend is £95, £75 single occupancy.  The Orchard Wing 'Exclusive' Bed and Breakfast is £125 per night. One night stays accepted, but minimum two night stay in the Orchard wing.

Self-Catering in The Hen House in the Summer (Easter to End of September) is £100  a night for a weekend break,  £80 per weekday night for three nights or less. £350 per week . Winter Weekends are £175 for two nights arriving after noon on Friday* and leaving any time you wish on Sunday. £70 per weekday night for three nights or less. £300 per week. Minimum two night stay.

*Longer winter weekends and Saturday arrivals are also available.  Minimum two night stay for The Hen House.

Availability and Payment

At the moment we can only accept cheques, cash, or bank transfers but we are  hoping to set up credit card payments soon.

We ask to 50% deposit to confirm bookings. If you cancel, we will return 80% of your deposit as soon as we re-let the room. We advise that you take out holiday insurance just in case.
