A nice little place in the country

Breakfast at Brook Farm is served in the morning. Any time in the morning, just so long as it's morning. If you are here with friends, you can book our late Sunday Brunch. If you want to stay in during the evening, you can have a platter of local cheeses and meats More ..

Both rooms are centrally heated and the bathrooms have nice warm towel rails. They have Freeview TV, wifi, hairdryers and natural toiletries. We accept children if you book both rooms.

The Bedrooms

The Blue Room is in the oldest part of the house, as you will see from the beams, and the very wonky landing floor on the way in. There is an ensuite bathroom but mind your head on the door!

The Green Room overlooks the crab apple orchard at the front of the house. It is a light and spacious double room, with armchairs, and its own adjoining bathroom which has a shower, and a big bath with candles and incense for a truly relaxing time.

Dining and Relaxing

We have a dining room where your breakfast will be served,  and a very private separate guest sitting room with a wood-burning stove, with comfy sofas and chairs  More...

There's also a selection of complimentary teas and coffees, and there's always biscuits or a nice piece of cake  to tide you over until supper.

THE ORCHARD WING - Sarah's Perfect Break

The privacy of my own private rooms and no cooking or washing up! 

Three lovely rooms all to myself. Breakfast cooked for me and  fabulous restaurants and pubs nearby or a simple Ploughman’s Platter by the fire if I feel like staying in.

If you book "The  Orchard Wing" you will have the bedroom of your choice and sole use of the guest sitting room. We will take no other bookings during your stay.
